This is the set up that Don is using on his Yamaha FX.

This is an adapter kit that is sold by Wahoo, and it fits certain PWC models. You have to insert two 'plugs' on the top deck for your port/starboard board attachments, the picture gives you a better idea.

Here is an image of Don's port side attachment, with a great overall view of the deck plate that is attached to the stern transom to reduce the friction between the rescue board and the decking.
