18 February, 2007 : - - Competition day 2 of the Latin Tour second stage, the Reef Classic Latin Pro Chile, took place today in 2 to 3 feet waves, perfectly breaking in the morning and weakening in the afternoon because of an onshore south west wind that left closing out condition that made a tough job for the surfers to find an open face to perform.
