9 February, 2007 : - - LAGUNA BEACH, CA ? The Association of Professional Towsurfers, the official non-profit sanctioning body of Professional Tow-In Surfing, announced that it has opened new and larger offices in Laguna Beach, California and hired a full-time event manager. The 2007 APT World Tour Tow-In Surfing Circuit currently has four major events scheduled for 2007 in Hawaii, Mexico and Chile.
